At Doncaster Caravan Storage, we understand the importance of a location that works for you. Whether you’re coming from the motorway ready for a quick getaway or pulling back into storage after a long journey, we want your arrival to be as effortless as possible.
That’s why our site is situated to offer excellent access and clear signage so you can find us without any stress.
You’ll find us at:
Unit 1
Sandall Business Park
Sandall Stones Road
Kirk Sandall
Doncaster
DN3 1RW
If you are travelling on the M18, leave at Junction 4. Follow the exit, join the A630 towards Doncaster, and then take the slip road for Kirk Sandall. Once you arrive at Sandall Stones Road, simply follow the signs into Sandall Business Park and you will see Doncaster Caravan Storage clearly signposted at the front of the park.
If you are coming from Doncaster town centre, drive along Wheatley Hall Road (A630) in the direction of Kirk Sandall. Continue on this route until you see the entrance to Sandall Business Park on your left. Turn into the park and proceed to our main entrance. You’ll find plenty of space that accommodates caravans, motorhomes or boat trailers, so you can pull in comfortably.
We are located just 3.2 miles from the M18, offering swift motorway access for quick starts to holidays or fast returns home. This makes us an ideal storage base for clients across Doncaster, Bawtry, Auckley, Rossington, Bentley, Armthorpe, Woodlands and other nearby towns.
Our position on Sandall Business Park means we benefit from good road links and a quiet, organised site layout rather than being tucked away in a crowded residential area.
As you approach Sandall Business Park, you will see directional signage guiding you to the entrance of our site. The entrance is clearly marked, and you’ll find a wide hardstanding area allowing easy manoeuvring for large caravans or motorhomes. Once on site you will find designated bays wide enough to allow generous spacing between units, making access and departure straightforward.
On arrival at our automated double-gated system you will enter a fully enclosed compound with security fencing, floodlighting and CCTV cameras operating around the clock. The hardstanding surface is suitable for caravan storage all year round and heavy vehicle access is unhindered. Whether you are storing a single-axle caravan or a twin-axle motorhome, you will find our approach efficient and user-friendly.
We carefully designed the layout so that you can drive in, park, set up your unit and depart without unnecessary delays. Our wide lanes and open bays make reversing and aligning your caravan easier and safer, particularly in lower light conditions or wet weather.
While we are based in Kirk Sandall, our convenient location makes us the preferred choice for many customers across South Yorkshire. Whether you live in Doncaster, Balby, Conisbrough, Hatfield, Edlington, Auckley or other nearby communities, our site offers both proximity and high-standards. Many of our clients choose our facility because it allows them to store their unit locally yet still have easy access for trips to the coast, countryside or festivals.
Because we understand that storage is not just about location but also about peace of mind we have incorporated secure fencing, full perimeter floodlighting, 24/7 monitored CCTV and an alarmed system to ensure your caravan or motorhome is stored under responsible supervision. These measures support the convenient location and add value to your decision to store with us.
Whether you are ready to move in or you would like to view the compound first we recommend calling ahead to book a viewing. Our address details and guidance above will take you straight to the site, and when you arrive our team will be available to guide you and answer any questions you might have.
We suggest arriving during daylight if possible for your first visit so you can inspect the bays and get a feel for the layout. Once you are comfortable, you’ll find our access arrangements simple and reliable.
